Make Soft, Fresh Cheese Easily Using Altunsa Milk Powder
Ingredients:
3 cups Altunsa Milk Powder
6 cups water
1/4 to 1/2 cup vinegar
Method:
Mix 3 cups of Altunsa Milk Powder with 6 cups of cold water until fully dissolved.
Heat the mixture to 120°F (about 49°C), then turn off the heat.
Add 1/4 cup vinegar, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes. If curds don’t form, add more vinegar and wait.
Pour into a cheesecloth-lined colander.
Rinse curds under cold water and drain.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge and enjoy your homemade cheese.
