Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Altunsa Milk Powder

  • 6 cups water

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup vinegar

Method:

  1. Mix 3 cups of Altunsa Milk Powder with 6 cups of cold water until fully dissolved.

  2. Heat the mixture to 120°F (about 49°C), then turn off the heat.

  3. Add 1/4 cup vinegar, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes. If curds don’t form, add more vinegar and wait.

  4. Pour into a cheesecloth-lined colander.

  5. Rinse curds under cold water and drain.

  6. Store in a sealed container in the fridge and enjoy your homemade cheese.
