Make Silky, Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chocolate with Altunsa Milk Powder
Ingredients:
50g cocoa butter
50g icing sugar
25g Altunsa Milk Powder
13g unsweetened cocoa powder
Method:
Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder to remove lumps.
Blitz Altunsa Milk Powder into a fine consistency.
Slowly melt cocoa butter in a saucepan.
Stir in milk powder until dissolved.
Add the sugar-cocoa mix and stir until smooth and glossy.
Remove from heat, stir, then pour into molds.
Let it set and enjoy your homemade chocolate!
