Make Smooth and Creamy Ice Cream with Altunsa Milk Powder
Ingredients:
3 cups Altunsa Milk Powder
200 ml water
½ cup fresh cream
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl and whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a shallow aluminum container. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours.
Blend the semi-frozen mixture in a mixer until creamy.
Transfer it back to the container, cover again, and freeze for 10 more hours or until fully set.
Scoop and enjoy your homemade ice cream!
